The ADAM apartment, with a surface area of 35 m2, has a terrace of +/- 20m2 and a lawn of +/- 30m2. Its access is independent and it is west facing, not overlooked, nothing but nature. You can stay there for a maximum of 4 people. You can park the car in front of the apartment to unload the luggage, before parking the car in the property's private parking lot. The apartment is classified 3 ears at the Gites de France and 3 stars in the prefectural classification. It consists of a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom with wc, sink, shower and washing machine, a room with a sitting area with sofa convertible into a real 140x190 bed, a dining area eating and cooking. Satellite TV, wifi, equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine (filters and capsules), toaster and electric barbecue for the terrace are at your disposal. A small safe is also available as well as a small BOSE speaker connectable by bluetooth. On the terrace and on the lawn table, chairs and deckchairs are available.
