Description
The ADAM apartment with a surface area of 35 m2 has a terrace of +/- 20m2 and a lawn of +/- 30m2. It has independent access and faces West, not overlooked, nothing but nature. You can stay there for up to 4 people. You have the possibility to park the car in front of the apartment to unload the luggage, before parking the car in the private parking lot of the property. The apartment is classified 3 ears of corn by Gites de France and 3 stars in the prefectural classification. It is composed of a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine, a room with a lounge area with a sofa convertible into a real 140x190 bed, a dining area and a kitchen. Satellite TV, wifi, equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine (filters and capsules), toaster and electric barbecue for the terrace are at your disposal. A small safe is also available as well as a small SONY speaker connectable by bluetooth. On the terrace and on the lawn table, chairs and deckchairs are available.
