Description
The EVE apartment with an area of 35 m2 has a terrace of +/- 20m2. It is oriented EAST for the living room, WEST for the bedroom, not overlooked, nothing but nature. You can stay there for a maximum of 4 people. It is classified 3 ears in the Gites de France and 3 stars in the prefectural classification. Access is independent, it is via the swimming pool area and an exterior staircase which runs alongside Catherine and Xavier's house. It is composed of a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine, a room with lounge area with sofa convertible into a real 140x190 bed, dining area and cooking. Satellite TV, wifi, equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hob, filter and capsule coffee machine, toaster and an electric barbecue for the terrace. A small safe is available as well as a small SONY speaker connectable by Bluetooth. On the south-east facing terrace, table, chairs and deckchairs are at your disposal.
