The apartment EVE with an area of 35 m2 has a terrace of +/- 20m2. It is oriented EAST for the living room, WEST for the bedroom, not overlooked, just nature. You can stay there for a maximum of 4 people. It is classified 3 ears at the Gites de France and 3 stars in the prefectural classification. The access is independent, it is done by the swimming pool space and an external staircase which skirts the house of Catherine and Xavier. It is composed of a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom with wc, washbasin, shower and washing machine, a room with a sitting area with sofa convertible into a real 140x190 bed, dining area and cooking. Satellite TV, wifi, equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine filters and capsules, toaster and an electric barbecue for the terrace. A small safe also available as well as a small BOSE speaker connectable by bluetooth. On the south-east facing terrace, table, chairs and deckchairs are at your disposal.
